Terms of Service

These terms apply to all sessions and products booked through thevirtualsessions.com, run by photographer Arslan Manzoor ("I", "me"). By booking, you agree to them.

1. The service

A virtual session is a live, remotely directed photoshoot. You are physically in your own space with your own device; I direct the shoot and capture images remotely. Results depend partly on your device, internet connection and light, and I will help you make the most of what you have.

2. Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book. Anyone under 18 may only take part with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must be present for the entire session.

3. Bookings and payment

Your session is confirmed once booked and, where applicable, paid in full. Prices are shown in US dollars. Agency and brand Campaign work is quoted separately and confirmed in writing.

4. Your responsibilities

• Join on time with a charged phone, a stable connection and the setup steps completed.
• Shoot only in places where you are allowed to, and where it is safe to do so.
• Make sure anyone else appearing in the photos has agreed to it.
• You are responsible for your own safety, outfits, props and surroundings during the session.

5. Delivery

Edited images are delivered to a private online gallery within 7 days of your session, or within 72 hours if you purchased urgent delivery. Editing style is consistent with the portfolio shown on this website.

6. Copyright, model release and use of images

Every session is covered by the Session Agreement & Model Release, which you accept at booking. In short: I keep the copyright and full rights to all images and may use them in my portfolio, promotion, members archive, prints and publications. You receive a personal licence to use your delivered images for social media, portfolios and agency submissions. Commercial use requires a Campaign booking or a separate written licence.

7. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

8. Liability

I am not liable for issues caused by your device, internet connection, surroundings, or events outside my control. If a session cannot be completed for reasons on my side, I will reschedule it or refund you. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session.

9. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this website at the time of booking applies.
